    演奏方式：
    一種方式是輕輕緩慢地敲擊頌缽，演奏者需保持平靜，然後將缽口分為三個部分，選擇三個點進行敲擊。或者使用大衛星敲擊法，即用畫大衛星的方式敲擊六次。
    另一種方式是用麂皮棒在缽口輕輕摩擦。摩擦點的方法有正向（順時針）和反向（逆時針），正向是補充新能量（修復），反向是排除能量（宣洩）。
    敲擊時如蜻蜓點水即可，不需太用力，摩擦時力道要均勻，不要突然加重。

    注意事項
    保持聲音穩定，不要讓它中斷。聲音也應維持在您可以接受的範圍內。太大聲會變成噪音。
    同樣重要的是，水晶頌缽非常脆弱，請輕柔使用。
    使用完畢時，聲音會變輕，讓它自然停止。請勿用手觸碰它，這會破壞其內部結構。時間久了，它將不再發出聲音。如果您真的想快速停止，可以用棒子按壓它，但仍請盡量少用。
